Used but in excellent condition. this 2017 Rascal 388 XL mobility scooter from Electric Mobility originally sold for £1899.

CONDITION
This scooter is in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically. There is a touched-up bit of paintwork on the top of the tiller which is probably covering a scratch. Please see photos.
